What does “home” mean to you?

Where you feel safe and loved.

Who or what inspires you?

My kids – because I see their strength in how they have overcome difficult situations. Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.

What was your life like before Bridge of Hope Harrisburg Area?

I financially couldn’t pay the rent and was getting behind.

Where do you want to see yourself and your family in the next one to two years?

I’m thinking about going to school again when my sons graduate this year. If they plan on going to a trade school, I will support that. We are planning to move after the end of school this year. I’m hoping for a change in my work schedule, and I also may look for a different place of employment.  I hope to be better financially for all of us in the future.

I hope my relationships can only get better and stronger. I’ve trusted myself more to end relationships. My family and I are ongoing and shifting constantly.

What is your family’s greatest strength?

Communication

How would you describe your family’s personality?

Eccentric
