Title: Executive Director
Reports to: Chair of the Board of Directors
Position Summary: Responsible for directing or delegating the development, implementation and evaluation of the following areas: program service delivery, financial management, fundraising and resource development, strategic planning, workforce management, board of directors’ development, and marketing, including public relations and networking.
Qualifications:
Priority given to applicants with experience in small, faith-based, nonprofit organizations.
Hours: 40 hours/week; flexible schedule, must be available some weekends and evenings.
Location: Residing in or willing to relocate within affiliate service area (Cumberland, Dauphin, York counties)
Compensation: salary range starts at $75,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits package also negotiable.
