Aliana & Her Children

What Does “Home” Mean To You?

Home means security for my children.

Who Or What Inspires You?

My sons inspire me.

What Was Your Life Like Before Bridge Of Hope Harrisburg Area?

Aliana and her children were completely homeless and in need of even basic necessities to survive. They were living in an abandoned building without heat and electricity. The father of her children left, thrusting the small family who were completely dependent upon him, into homelessness. Aliana told us she was “happy” that we were here, as Bridge of Hope Harrisburg Area was the only organization, at the time, able to offer her and her children what they needed to end their homelessness.

Where Do You Want To See Yourself And Family In The Next One To Two Years

Aliana wants to achieve the security of a stable home for her children. She wants to work toward owning a car, having stable employment, and teaching her children good morals and values. These are the goals she has for her time with Bridge of Hope Harrisburg Area.
